the world's greatest farmers market in an historic downtown setting
on Thursday evenings. There are live bands on every corner, barbeque
that is second to none, fresh local produce and flowers and a
wide assortment of epicurean delights and entertainment everywhere

BEACH
Adjacent to Port San Luis is one of the Counties warmest beaches.
Avila Beach boasts gentle waves, a recently reconstructed main
street, and pedestrian oriented shops and amenities. Across the
street is the Avila Beach Resort with a lush 18 hole golf course
and luxury hotel.

BEACH
Some of the widest white-sand beaches and best surfing in the
country are minutes away at Pismo Beach. Explore fascinating tide
pools, stroll out on one of the piers at Pismo Beach, Avila Beach
or Port San Luis, just spread out a beach towel and soak up some
good old fashioned California sunshine.

Golfing in San Luis Obispo County is near perfect. There are many
