Title Description
Memorandum of Opinion

Used by the Agency to help it determine the need for, and focus of, an expanded redevelopment effort in the City. The content of the Opinion includes;

  1. a map of the City showing a recommended redevelopment survey area (hereinafter referred to as the "Probable Improvement Area"),
  2. spreadsheets showing tax increment estimated to be generated by properties included within the Probable Improvement Area,
  3. schedule of events outlining the redevelopment plan adoption (amendment) process, and
  4. text prepared by the consultant to explain these exhibits.
